Berger is a family business that has been producing and distributing customized horticultural mixes for its customers’ crops for more than 50 years.
The company wants to pass the torch to the third generation, so we had to orchestrate this transition efficiently and develop a new image intended to position the company as a leading player in its market.

To design a new corporate image
We created, first in English, strong positioning in order to clearly express the company’s mission.

We designed and developed the imagery as well as messages for all communication channels in English, French, and even Spanish in some cases.
Tools required by the sales force were created as well as packaging for all product lines in order to better promote the brand.
We designed the look of the trucks as well as signage for the plant and the offices. We also standardized organizational communication by sharing the new image with employees.
