In a highly competitive market, we had to create and market a new line of products by giving it a name and a personality, while taking into account trends in the market.

We had to highlight the product’s features by developing strong positioning and strengthening the company’s status as leader with designers and architects seeking durable, high quality, world-class products.

Design and market a new brand

Our accomplishments

We created the identity for the new line of products, which is the Sommet™ series, and we developed the imagery for the launch of this new product. Tafisa has the technical prowess to make a product so similar to wood that it can be easily mistaken, and it is manufactured according to the superior standards set by the company. The product was baptised as VIVA.

Inspirer l’excellence (Inspiring Excellence) is the positioning Tafisa used to emphasize the philosophy behind all the company’s actions both internally as well as externally.

We proposed a brand structure by creating the positioning and by doing strategic planning. We created documentation for the representatives and specific documents for the architects, in order to help the sales force with their everyday work.

We presented the communication tools to Tafisa’s sales team in order to inspire them with the new strategy.
