Jean-François studied at the Institut d'études politiques in Paris and has held almost every position in a typical ad agency, including being artistic director and account manager. Having worked in the United States for Gams Group and in Toronto for Young and Rubicam, Jean-François has always been passionate about advertising and marketing communication. He launched his own business in 1996, bringing a more North American approach to the way Québec businesses marketed their products. Since 2006, he established his own agency and acts as President, Creative Director and Business Development Manager.

After studying music at the Conservatoire de Québec, Myriam went on to work in radio and was host for several programs in Grand-Sault and Victoriaville. In 1996, she made the leap and started the business adventure with her brother, Jean-Francois, with whom she has worked for 20 years. When she is not at the agency, she has her nose buried in a book about the history of Québec City.
Always extremely passionate about his work, Raynald has a 40-year track record in graphic design. He started his career in screen printing and design in the publishing world. He continued to work as a graphic designer, spending the past 10 years at Larouche. Always on the hunt for the latest design trends, he is always inspired and constantly comes up with fascinating new ideas. His creative vision and positive attitude are greatly appreciated by the entire team.

Gaston Déry is recognized as an active contributor to Québec economic development. As a major proponent of sustainable development, he was the recipient in 2007 of the Phénix de l'environnement du Québec in the Mise en valeur des espaces naturels et de la biodiversité category. He frequently gives conferences on sustainable development and integrating social responsibility approaches in business strategies.
